The Clay Hotel happens to be as perfectly located as you can get for great restaurants and fine dining on South Beach, though we do say it ourselves. The street we are on, Espanola Way, is host to a huge range of restaurants for you to try. From the most discerning palate to the biggest of appetites, our downtown Miami dining guide below is sure to have just what you’re looking for. From charming cafes on Ocean Drive to the most contemporary South Beach area dining spots, our knowledgeable staff will point you in the right direction and will always be happy to provide you with recommendations. Here are some of our favorites:

• A La Folie – Just next to us, A La Folie does amazingly high standard French food, particularly focusing on sandwiches, snacks and yummy desserts, all at affordable prices.  Need we say more?
• Tapas y Tintos – On the beautiful Spanish-style Espanola Way, Tapas y Tintos is a fantastic tapas place at brilliant prices. Rated "The Best Spanish Restaurant on South Beach" by multiple magazines and even AOL! It has a different theme of music, dancing, and drinks for every day of the week (including at least 4 nights out of every 7 having a few hours of 2 for 1 drinks!).  Check out Monday nights for tango, Tuesday for salsa, and Sunday for flamenco.  And definitely don’t miss the all-partying Saturday night: Spanish night, with DJing.
• Oh! Mexico – In fact, we are very proud to have Oh! Mexico just downstairs from us, as they do some of the best Mexican food in South Beach – again, at fabulously budget prices!   Oh, and the portions are pretty large, too.  Enjoy!
• Hosteria Romana – You’re probably seeing the Latinate theme in our restaurants, but we definitely can’t resist this excellent Italian restaurant.  Probably the most authentic Italian food you’ll find in Miami!  Add to that great ambience and fantastic service, it all equals a great dining experience.
